Walking
If you are in the vicinity of Fuente Osmeña Circle, head southeast on Osmeña Blvd. towards the intersection with Gen. Maxilom Ave. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection, then turn right onto Gen. Maxilom Ave. Walk straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with CSCR Tunnel. Plaza Independencia will be on your left, just before the tunnel entrance.
Public Transportation (Bus)
From Ayala Center Cebu, take a jeepney heading towards Basak or Mambaling. Inform the driver to drop you off at the junction near Plaza Independencia. After getting off, walk a short distance towards CSCR Tunnel, and you will see Plaza Independencia on your right.
Public Transportation (V-Hire)
From SM City Cebu, take a V-hire (van) heading to Cebu City proper. Get off at the nearest drop-off point along Osmeña Blvd. After disembarking, walk towards the intersection with Gen. Maxilom Ave. Turn right and continue walking straight until you reach the CSCR Tunnel. Plaza Independencia will be on your left before entering the tunnel.
Public Transportation (Taxi or Ride-Hailing Service)
Open your ride-hailing app or flag down a taxi and request to go to Plaza Independencia. Provide the driver with the address: 'CSCR Tunl, Cebu City, 6000 Cebu' or simply ask for Plaza Independencia. The driver will take you directly to the location.
