    From Cebu City, make your way to the Cebu North Bus Terminal. You can take a taxi or a local jeepney to get there. Once at the terminal, look for a bus or van heading to Lapu-Lapu City. The bus ride will take around 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. Get off at the Lapu-Lapu City Public Market. From the market, take a short walk to the ferry terminal located nearby. Purchase a ticket for a boat going to Olanggo Island. The ferry ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Upon arriving at Olanggo Island, you can rent a motorcycle or take a local habal-habal (motorcycle taxi) to take you to Talima Marine Sanctuary, which is about a 10-minute ride from the port.
