Public Ferry
From Cebu City, make your way to the Cebu North Bus Terminal. You can take a taxi or a local jeepney to get there. Once at the terminal, look for a bus or van heading to Lapu-Lapu City. The bus ride will take around 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. Get off at the Lapu-Lapu City Public Market. From the market, take a short walk to the ferry terminal located nearby. Purchase a ticket for a boat going to Olanggo Island. The ferry ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Upon arriving at Olanggo Island, you can rent a motorcycle or take a local habal-habal (motorcycle taxi) to take you to Talima Marine Sanctuary, which is about a 10-minute ride from the port.

Jeepney and Habal-Habal
Start at any major location in Cebu City, like Fuente Osmeña Circle, and take a jeepney bound for Lapu-Lapu City. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Lapu-Lapu City Public Market. Once there, walk to the nearby ferry terminal and take the ferry to Olanggo Island. After arriving on Olanggo Island, find a habal-habal (motorcycle taxi) to take you directly to Talima Marine Sanctuary, approximately 10 minutes away.
