If you're driving a car from Cebu City, head northeast on Osmeña Blvd and continue onto V. Gullas St. Follow the road until you reach the intersection at the corner of V. Gullas St. and N. Bacalso Ave. Turn left onto N. Bacalso Ave and continue straight until you reach the junction for Banilad and Talamban. Take a right turn onto Talamban Road and continue straight until you see the sign for Budlaan Falls. You can park your car at the designated parking area. To reach Budlaan Falls via public transportation, go to the Cebu City South Bus Terminal and take a jeepney bound for Talamban.
