If you're driving from Manila, take the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) and exit at San Fernando. Follow the road signs leading to Arayat. After exiting, take the first right onto Jose Abad Santos Avenue, and then continue straight until you reach the intersection with Arayat Road. Turn left onto Arayat Road, and after a short drive, you will see the Arayat Pampanga Welcome Arch on your right. There are no toll fees for this route once you exit NLEX.
