Car

If you are driving, you can take the SCTEX (Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway) from anywhere in Central Luzon. Head towards the Clark area and take the exit towards Capas. Follow the signs to New Clark City. Once you reach New Clark City, look for the Capas Shrine Museum sign. The shrine is located within the New Clark City area, and there is ample parking available.

For public transportation, you can take a bus from Manila to Capas, Tarlac. Look for buses at the Victory Liner terminal in Cubao or Pasay. Board a bus that is heading to Capas or Tarlac City. Inform the bus conductor that you want to get off at New Clark City. Once you arrive, you can take a local tricycle or jeepney to the Capas Shrine Museum. It should be a short ride from the main road.
