Exit at Tarlac City and take the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX) towards Umingan. Follow the signs leading to Umingan town. Once you reach Umingan, ask locals for directions to the Mini Chocolate Hills, which is located at VRMH+5XM, Unnamed Road, Umingan, Pangasinan. Public Transportation (Bus)
To reach Mini Chocolate Hills via public transportation from Manila, head to the Victory Liner bus terminal and take a bus bound for Umingan, Pangasinan. Once you arrive in Umingan, you can either take a tricycle or ask locals for a ride to VRMH+5XM, Unnamed Road, Umingan, Pangasinan.
