Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving from Manila, take the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) and merge onto the Subic–Clark–Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX). Continue on SCTEX until you reach the Capas exit. Once you exit, follow the signs towards Capas. Drive straight until you reach the intersection with the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX) and turn right. Continue driving until you reach the coordinates 8GC9+3CW, which is the location of Mt Dalin. Ensure you have a GPS or mapping app available for accurate navigation.

• Bus

  From Manila, you can take a bus bound for Capas, Tarlac. Buses operate from various terminals such as Victory Liner, Five Star, and Philtranco. The trip will take approximately 3-4 hours, and the fare ranges from PHP 200 to PHP 400 depending on the bus line. Once you arrive at the Capas bus terminal, you can hire a tricycle to take you to Mt Dalin, which is about a 15-minute ride away. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand, which should be around PHP 50-100 per person.

• Tricycle

  If you're already in Capas, you can easily find a tricycle that will take you to Mt Dalin. Simply tell the driver that you want to go to the coordinates 8GC9+3CW. The ride will take about 15 minutes, and the fare should be around PHP 50-100 per person. It's advisable to confirm the fare before starting your journey.

• Hiking

  If you prefer a more adventurous approach, you can hike to Mt Dalin once you reach the vicinity. There are established trails leading to the peak, but make sure to wear appropriate hiking shoes and bring sufficient water. Local guides are available for hire at the base, and it's recommended to engage one for safety and to enhance your experience.
