If you are driving from Manila, take the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) and then merge onto the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX). Continue until you reach the exit for the MacArthur Highway (N1) towards Cabanatuan. Once in Cabanatuan, follow the signs to Dingalan via the Nueva Ecija-Aurora Road. After about 1 hour, you will reach Dingalan. From the town center, follow the signs leading to Dingalan View Point, which is located at coordinates 15.3687° N, 121.4304° E. The road may be steep and winding, so drive carefully. Parking is available at the site.

To reach Dingalan View Point using public transport, start by taking a bus from Manila to Cabanatuan City. Buses leave from various terminals in Manila such as Cubao or Pasay. Once you arrive in Cabanatuan, take a local jeepney or tricycle to Dingalan. The jeepney ride will take about 1 to 1.5 hours. After arriving in Dingalan, you can hire a tricycle to take you directly to the Dingalan View Point.
