Continue on the NLEX until you reach the Bocaue exit. After exiting, merge onto the Bocaue-Guiguinto Road. Drive straight until you reach the junction with the McArthur Highway (AH26). Turn left at the junction and continue driving north. After a few kilometers, turn right onto Cacarong De Real. Follow the road until you reach the coordinates WXCJ+5FF in Pandi, Bulacan, where the shrine is located.
