If you are driving from Tagbilaran City, take the main road leading to Panglao Island. Follow the signs to Panglao and cross the causeway. Once on the island, continue on the main road until you reach the junction near Alona Beach. Turn right at the junction and follow Teofilo Arcay Street. The Nova Shell Museum will be on your left, just past the junction. Look for the sign and parking area nearby.

To reach Nova Shell Museum via public transportation, start at Tagbilaran City. Head to the Integrated Bus Terminal and take a local van or bus to Panglao. Inform the driver you are going to Teofilo Arcay Street. Once you arrive at Panglao, get off at the nearest stop to Poblacion. From there, you can either walk or take a tricycle to Teofilo Arcay Street. The museum is located along this street, and you should be able to see it easily from the main road.
