Car
If you are driving from Tagbilaran City, head southwest on J.A. Clarin St toward C.P. Garcia Ave. Continue onto the Bohol Circumferential Road. Follow the signs to Panglao Island. Once on the island, follow the road until you reach Dauis - Panglao Rd. Continue on this road, and you will see the Panglao Watchtower on your left at HPHV+5W4. Parking may be available nearby.
Public Transportation (Bus/Van)
From Tagbilaran City, you can take a van or bus to Panglao. Head to the terminal located near the City Hall. The fare is typically around PHP 25-40. Ask the driver to drop you off at Panglao. Once you arrive in Panglao, you can either walk or take a tricycle (around PHP 20-30) to the Panglao Watchtower, located on Dauis - Panglao Rd at HPHV+5W4.

If you are already in Panglao and need to get to the watchtower, you can hire a tricycle from your accommodation. Negotiate the fare, which should be around PHP 20-30. Provide the driver with the location: HPHV+5W4, Dauis - Panglao Rd, and they will take you directly to the Panglao Watchtower.
