If you are traveling by car, drive to Bohol Island via a ferry from Cebu City to Tagbilaran City. Upon arrival in Tagbilaran, follow signs to the main highway (Carlos P. Garcia Avenue) heading towards the town of Bilar. Continue on the highway for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the Bilar area. Look for the landmark 'P44F+68X' which is the entrance to Raja Sikatuna National Park. Please note that parking may be available at the park entrance.

From Tagbilaran City, you can take a bus or a van going to Loboc or Carmen. These vehicles typically leave from the Dao Terminal. Upon reaching Loboc or Carmen, transfer to a local bus or tricycle that can take you to Bilar.
