If you are driving from Tagbilaran City, take the AH26 highway towards the east. Follow the road for about 65 kilometers until you reach the town of Anda. Once in Anda, follow local road signs directing you to Tibaw Cave Pool. The pool is located in the vicinity of PHPC+968, Anda, Bohol. There is no entrance fee for the pool, but be prepared to pay for parking if necessary.

To reach Tibaw Cave Pool using public transport, first, take a bus or van from Tagbilaran City to Anda. The journey takes about 1.5 to 2 hours and costs around 100-150 PHP. Once you arrive in Anda, you can hire a tricycle or motorcycle taxi to take you to Tibaw Cave Pool, which is about 10-15 minutes away. The fare for the tricycle ride should be around 50-100 PHP, based on negotiation.
