If you are driving, start from Bangued, the capital of Abra. Take the Abra-Ilocos Norte Road towards Tineg. Follow the signs and navigate along the scenic route until you reach the town of Tineg. Once in Tineg, use GPS coordinates (17.7800945, 120.7807732) to guide you to Kaparkan Falls, which is approximately 25 km from the town center. The last stretch involves a rough road, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. Parking is available near the trailhead to the falls.

From Bangued, take a jeepney or bus heading to Tineg. The fare is approximately PHP 50-70 and the journey may take around 1-2 hours, depending on road conditions. Once in Tineg, charter a local tricycle or motorcycle (habal-habal) to take you to the base of the Kaparkan Falls trail. The fare for a tricycle should be around PHP 150-200. Be prepared for a short hike from the drop-off point to the falls, which takes about 20-30 minutes.
