From Laoag City, you can take a tricycle from the main terminal near the Laoag City Plaza. Request the driver to take you to the Ferdinand E. Marcos Presidential Center in Batac City. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, the center is located on Marcos Avenue, Brgy. 10-N Lacub, and you will see the entrance on your right.

If you are in Pagudpud or further north, take a bus heading to Laoag City from the Pagudpud bus terminal. Upon reaching Laoag City, transfer to a tricycle at the bus station and ask the driver to take you to the Ferdinand E. Marcos Presidential Center in Batac City. The total travel time will be around 1 to 1.5 hours.

From the Laoag City public market, you can board a jeepney bound for Batac City. Once you arrive at the Batac City plaza, look for a tricycle terminal nearby. Take a tricycle to the Ferdinand E.
