Head to the nearest tricycle terminal, which is usually located near major landmarks like Laoag City Hall or the Laoag Public Market. Inform the driver that you want to go to Ilocos Sand Dunes located in Brgy Suba Road. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes, and the fare is typically around 150-200 PHP. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting your journey.

Jeepney
From Laoag City, you can take a jeepney going to Paoay. Look for the jeepney terminal that services routes to Paoay. Once you board, tell the driver to drop you off at the junction near the Sand Dunes. The fare is usually around 20-30 PHP. After getting off at the junction, you can wait for a tricycle to take you the remaining distance to Ilocos Sand Dunes, which is about 5-10 minutes away. Make sure to ask the driver to take you directly to the Sand Dunes.
