From Laoag City, go to the jeepney terminal located near the city plaza. Look for a jeepney bound for Currimao. The fare is usually around 20-30 PHP, and the journey will take about 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive in Currimao, get off at the main village area. From there, you can either walk or take a short tricycle ride to the watchtower at 2F8M+X3G.
