If you are starting from Laoag City, you can take a tricycle to the Paoay area. Inform the driver that you are headed to 'Malacañang of the North'. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Paoay, the tricycle can drop you off near the entrance of the site.

Public Jeepney
From Laoag City, you can also board a jeepney bound for Paoay. Make sure to ask the driver to let you know when you reach the Paoay Church, which is a well-known landmark. From there, you can take a tricycle to Malacañang of the North, as it is only about 5-10 minutes away. Just tell the tricycle driver your destination.

If you are already in Paoay, you can walk to Malacañang of the North. Start from the Paoay Church, head southwest on the main road (Calle de Paoay), and continue straight. You will pass by local shops and residential areas. After about 1.5 kilometers, you should see the sign for Malacañang of the North on your left. It's about a 20-25 minute walk.
