From Laoag City, head to the Laoag City Bus Terminal. Look for a jeepney heading to Paoay. The fare is approximately 20-30 PHP. Inform the driver that you are going to Nanguyudan Arch, and they will drop you off near Paoay Church. From Paoay Church, walk towards the main road and ask locals for directions to Nanguyudan Arch, which is roughly a 15-minute walk away. Follow the path leading towards the arch, and you will see it on your right side.
