Walking
If you are starting from Legazpi City Proper, head towards the main road, Rizal Avenue. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with the Legazpi Boulevard. Turn left onto Legazpi Boulevard and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. You will see Embarcadero de Legazpi on your right, just before the port area.

Tricycle
From anywhere in Legazpi City, you can hop on a tricycle heading towards the port area. Just tell the driver 'Embarcadero de Legazpi' or 'Legazpi Boulevard'. The fare should be around 10-20 PHP depending on your starting point. The tricycle will drop you off directly at the Embarcadero.

If you find yourself in the vicinity of the local market, you can take a pedicab (a bicycle taxi). Request to go to Embarcadero de Legazpi. The ride will be short and should cost between 15-30 PHP, depending on distance.
