If you are starting from Embarcadero de Legazpi, head east on Legazpi Boulevard towards the Legazpi Port District. Continue along Legazpi Boulevard for about 1.5 kilometers. You will eventually see the LEGAZPI SIGN on your right, just before the intersection with the road leading to the port area. It's a popular photo spot, so you won't miss it.
