Walking
If you are starting from Embarcadero de Legazpi, head east on Legazpi Boulevard towards the Legazpi Port District. Continue along Legazpi Boulevard for about 1.5 kilometers. You will eventually see the LEGAZPI SIGN on your right, just before the intersection with the road leading to the port area. It's a popular photo spot, so you won't miss it.

From the city center or any nearby hotel, take a tricycle to Legazpi Boulevard. Just tell the driver you want to go to the LEGAZPI SIGN. The fare should be around 20-30 PHP, depending on your starting point. Once you arrive, the LEGAZPI SIGN will be visible along the boulevard, where you can take pictures.

Public Transportation (Jeepney)
Board a jeepney heading towards Legazpi Port. You can catch one from the jeepney terminal near the city center. Once you board, inform the driver that you are going to Legazpi Boulevard. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes. Get off at the nearest stop to the boulevard, and walk a short distance to the LEGAZPI SIGN, which should be clearly visible along the road.
