Start your journey at the Legazpi City public market, a well-known landmark. From there, head southeast on Quezon Avenue towards Rizal Avenue. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Rizal Avenue. Turn right onto Rizal Avenue. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will see Peñaranda Park on your left. The Liberty Bell is located within the park. Look for the large bell structure near the center of the park.
