Getting There

• Tricycle

  From your location in Legazpi City, head to the nearest main road, which is usually either Rizal Street or Legazpi Boulevard. Look for a tricycle terminal; these are typically located near busy areas, markets, or transport hubs. Once you find a tricycle, tell the driver you want to go to Mt. Mayon View Point. The tricycle ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. The driver should know the location, as it is a popular tourist spot. You'll be dropped off at the viewpoint entrance, where you can start enjoying the stunning views of Mt. Mayon.

• Walking

  If you are staying near Legazpi Boulevard, you can walk to the Mt. Mayon View Point. Start at Legazpi Boulevard and head towards the southwest, following the road as it curves. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several local shops and eateries along the way. Keep an eye out for signboards pointing towards Mt. Mayon View Point. After about 20-30 minutes of walking, you will arrive at the viewpoint. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water, especially if it's a hot day.

• Pedicab

  Similar to tricycles, pedicabs are also a common means of transportation in Legazpi. Go to a busy area like the Legazpi City Public Market or Plaza Rizal, where you can easily find pedicabs waiting for passengers. Tell the driver your destination, Mt. Mayon View Point. The ride will take around 15-25 minutes, depending on traffic. Pedicabs are a bit less expensive than tricycles, but they may take longer due to their slower speed.
