You can tell the driver you want to go to 'Embarcadero de Legazpi' or simply mention 'Legazpi Boulevard, Port Area'. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, you will see the entrance to Embarcadero de Legazpi on your left.
