If you are starting from the Legazpi City Public Market, head east along Rizal Street until you reach the intersection with Legazpi Boulevard. Turn right onto Legazpi Boulevard and continue walking straight for about 1.2 kilometers. You will pass by various shops and restaurants. Keep an eye out for the Legazpi Port District sign as you approach. The LEGAZPI SIGN will be located on your left, just past the port area, near the waterfront.

From anywhere in Legazpi, you can catch a tricycle to the Legazpi Port District. Simply tell the driver 'Legazpi Sign' or 'Legazpi Boulevard near the port.' The fare should be around 15-25 PHP depending on your starting point. Once you arrive at the port area, get off near the waterfront, and you will see the LEGAZPI SIGN close to the water's edge.

Find a jeepney that is headed towards Legazpi Port District. Board the jeepney and pay the fare (usually around 8-10 PHP). Inform the driver that you are going to the Legazpi Sign. Get off when you reach the port area. From there, walk towards Legazpi Boulevard, and you will find the LEGAZPI SIGN near the waterfront.
