From Embarcadero de Legazpi, head southeast toward the main road. Walk straight along the promenade until you reach the intersection with Legazpi Port District. Turn left and continue walking for approximately 500 meters. You will pass shops and cafes. Keep an eye out for the sign pointing to Sawangan Park on your right. The park entrance will be ahead of you.

If you prefer not to walk, you can take a tricycle from the Embarcadero de Legazpi. Look for a tricycle terminal near the shopping area. Ask the driver to take you to Sawangan Park, located at the Legazpi Port District. The fare should be around 20-30 PHP per person, depending on your negotiation skills and the distance.
