From the City Hall, head southeast on Rizal Street until you reach Gov Locsin Street. Turn right and walk straight for about 200 meters. You will see Museo de Legazpi on your left at 54 Gov Locsin.

If you prefer, you can take a tricycle from anywhere in Old Albay District. Just tell the driver 'Museo de Legazpi' or provide the address: '54 Gov Locsin'. The fare should be around 10 to 20 PHP depending on your starting point. The tricycle will drop you off right in front of the museum.
