From any point in Manila, find a jeepney that goes to 'Intramuros' or 'Plaza San Luis'. Board the jeepney and pay the fare (approximately 10-15 PHP). Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Intramuros. Once you get off, walk towards Sta. Lucia Street; Baluarte de San Diego should be a few minutes walk from there.

LRT (Light Rail Transit)
Take the LRT Line 1 (Yellow Line) and alight at the 'Central Terminal' station. From there, exit the station and head towards the jeepney terminal or walk towards Intramuros. Look for a jeepney going to 'Intramuros' or 'Plaza San Luis'. Once you get on the jeepney, pay the fare and inform the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Baluarte de San Diego. It’s within walking distance from there.
