Look for the large monument which is hard to miss as it is a significant landmark in the area.

To get to the Jose P. Laurel Monument via jeepney, locate the nearest jeepney station in Malate. Ask for a jeepney heading towards 'Roxas Boulevard' or 'Malate'. The fare is typically around PHP 8-12, depending on your starting point. Once you board, inform the driver that you are heading to the Jose P. Laurel Monument. Get off at the nearest stop along Roxas Boulevard. From there, you can walk towards the monument which will be a short distance away, on your right.
