Car
If you are driving, you can reach People's Park Davao by navigating to the address: Uy Building, 49 Jln Palma Gil St, Davao City, 8000 Davao del Sur. Use GPS navigation for the most accurate directions. Upon arriving in Davao City, look for signage directing you to the city center. The park is located in the Poblacion District, which is easily accessible from major roads. Parking is available nearby but may incur a fee, so keep some coins handy.
Public Transportation (Bus)
If you prefer public transportation, take a bus to Davao City from your location in Mindanao. Major bus terminals in cities like Cagayan de Oro or General Santos offer routes to Davao. Once you arrive at the Davao City Overland Transport Terminal (DCOTT), you can take a taxi or a habal-habal (motorcycle taxi) to People's Park. The fare for a taxi should be around PHP 100-150, while habal-habal rides may cost around PHP 50-80.
Public Transportation (Jeepney)
From the Davao City Overland Transport Terminal, you can also take a jeepney to the city center. Look for jeepneys with signs indicating 'Buhangin' or 'Magsaysay' route. Inform the driver that you are going to People's Park. The fare is usually around PHP 10-15. Get off at the nearest stop and walk a few minutes to the park's entrance.
Walking
If you are already in the downtown area of Davao, you can simply walk to People's Park as it is centrally located. From major hotels or landmarks like San Pedro Cathedral or the City Hall, follow Palma Gil Street heading towards the park. It is a pleasant walk with various shops and eateries along the way.
