If you're driving from the town center of Pagudpud, head north on the National Highway (also known as the Pagudpud-Ilocos Norte Road). Continue straight for about 8 kilometers until you reach the junction where the road splits. Take the left fork towards Barangay Balaoi. After approximately 2 kilometers, you will see signs for Paraiso Ni Anton. Turn left onto the dirt road and follow it for about 500 meters. Paraiso Ni Anton will be on your right side, marked by a small entrance. Parking is available on-site, but be sure to arrive early as it can get busy.

To reach Paraiso Ni Anton using public transportation, you can take a tricycle from the Pagudpud town center. Simply tell the driver to take you to Paraiso Ni Anton, and they will know the way.
