From the center of Pagudpud, head southeast on the Pan-Philippine Highway (National Road) towards Claveria. Continue straight for approximately 30 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Portabaga Falls Park and Resort along the highway. The resort is located at H226+VH7, Pan-Philippine Highway, Sta. Praxedes, Cagayan. There should be a small entrance road leading to the parking area.

Start at the Pagudpud bus terminal and take a bus heading to Claveria or Sta. Praxedes. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off near Portabaga Falls Park and Resort. The bus ride should take about 30 to 45 minutes, depending on traffic. From the drop-off point, you may need to walk approximately 1 kilometer to reach the resort entrance, following the signs along the road.
