To reach Kabigan Falls via public transportation, first take a bus from Manila or Laoag City to Pagudpud. Once you arrive at the Pagudpud bus terminal, look for a tricycle or a local jeepney that can take you to the Kabigan Falls entrance. The ride will take about 15 to 20 minutes.
