Car
If you are driving from the town center of Pagudpud, start by heading north on the National Road (also known as the Pagudpud Coastal Road). Continue on this road for about 3 kilometers. You will eventually see a sign for Timmangtang Rock. Turn left onto the smaller road that leads to the coast. Follow this road for about 1 kilometer until you reach the parking area near Timmangtang Rock. The GPS coordinates for the rock are approximately 18.6085161 latitude and 120.8706540 longitude.
Public Transportation
From Pagudpud town center, take a local jeepney heading towards Bangui or Laoag. The fare is usually around PHP 30-50. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the nearest stop for Timmangtang Rock. Once you get off, you may have to walk approximately 1-1.5 kilometers to reach the rock. Look for signs or ask locals for directions. Alternatively, you can hire a tricycle from the jeepney stop to take you directly to Timmangtang Rock, which may cost between PHP 100-150.
Walking
If you find yourself close to the area of Timmangtang Rock, walking is a pleasant option to enjoy the surroundings. From the nearest jeepney or tricycle stop, walk along the coastal road. The scenic views will make the 1-kilometer walk enjoyable. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water, as there are minimal facilities along the way.
