Car
If you are driving, start from the town center of Pagudpud. Head north on the National Highway (also known as Patapat Viaduct) towards Caparispisan. Continue driving for approximately 12 kilometers until you reach the Caparispisan area. Look for the sign for Kingfisher Resort on your right. The resort is located right off the highway at the coordinates 18.632691, 120.799886. Parking is available on site.

Public Transportation (Tricycle)
From the town center of Pagudpud, you can hire a tricycle to take you to Kingfisher Resort. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting the trip. The cost should be around 150-200 PHP for a one-way trip. The ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Inform the driver to drop you off at Kingfisher Resort in Caparispisan, and they will know the location.

If you are coming from Laoag City, take a bus bound for Pagudpud. The bus ride will take around 2-3 hours.
