Car
If you are driving a car in Pagudpud, you can reach Pasaleng Beach by heading northwest on the main road (National Road) from the town center. Continue along the National Road for approximately 15 km until you reach the HW5X+CFF area. Look for signs leading to the beach. There is a small parking area near the beach where you can safely park your vehicle.
Public Transportation (Tricycle)
From the Pagudpud town center, you can take a tricycle to Pasaleng Beach. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Pasaleng Beach, and they will know the way. The fare is typically around 100-150 PHP per person, and the ride will take about 20-30 minutes depending on the traffic. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting your journey.
Public Transportation (Bus to Pagudpud, then Tricycle)
If you are coming from Laoag City, board a bus going to Pagudpud. The journey takes about 2-3 hours and costs approximately 200-300 PHP. Once you arrive at the Pagudpud bus terminal, you can take a tricycle to Pasaleng Beach as previously described. Make sure to inform the driver of your destination, and agree on the fare beforehand.
