If you are in Puerto Princesa, head to the main terminal where you can find tricycles. Ask the driver to take you to the end of Rizal Avenue Extension. The ride should take about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the end of the road, you will see signs for Canigaran Beach.
