From your location in Panglao, you can take a tricycle to Tagbilaran City. Inform the driver that you want to go to Kanggarong Beach. Once you reach Tagbilaran City, you may need to transfer to another tricycle or a motorcycle taxi to get to Kanggarong Beach. The final fare for this leg of the trip should be around 50 to 100 PHP.
