If you are traveling by car, start from Alona Beach, which is one of the main tourist areas in Panglao Island. Head northwest on Alona Beach Road towards the intersection. Turn left onto the main road (Panglao Island Circumferential Road). Continue driving for about 3 kilometers until you reach the vicinity of HPPQ+VV. Plaza Panglak will be on your right. Look for parking spaces nearby, as the area can get busy.

From Alona Beach, you can take a tricycle to Plaza Panglak. Simply flag down a passing tricycle or ask your hotel to arrange one for you. Inform the driver that you are going to Plaza Panglak (HPPQ+VV, Panglao). The ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes depending on traffic and the cost is usually around 50 to 100 PHP per person. Ensure to confirm the fare before starting your journey.

If you are staying nearby, you can also walk to Plaza Panglak. From the nearest landmark, Alona Beach, head northwest on Alona Beach Road.
