Getting there

Car

If you're driving from Alona Beach, head northwest on Alona Beach Road, then turn left onto the Panglao Island Circumferential Road. Continue for about 5 kilometers until you reach the junction. Take a right turn at the junction onto Songculan Road. Follow this road for approximately 3 kilometers, and you will arrive at Songculan Beach, which is located on your right. Make sure to check for parking spaces upon arrival, as they may have limited availability.

Public Transportation (Tricycle)

To reach Songculan Beach using public transportation, you can take a tricycle from Alona Beach. Look for tricycle drivers near the beach who are familiar with the area. Inform the driver that you want to go to Songculan Beach, which is about 8 kilometers away. The fare should be around 150-250 PHP, depending on negotiation and number of passengers. The ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive, be sure to ask the driver for a good pickup point for your return journey.

Public Transportation (Van)

You can also take a van from the main terminal in Panglao to Dauis. After arriving at the Dauis terminal, hire a tricycle to take you to Songculan Beach. The van fare is typically around 30-50 PHP, and the tricycle ride will cost you an additional 100-150 PHP. The total travel time is around 45-60 minutes, depending on waiting times and traffic.
