Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving, start from Alona Beach, which is a popular area in Panglao Island. Head north on Hontanosas Road until you reach the junction with Panglao Island Circumferential Road. Turn left onto the Circumferential Road and continue until you reach the junction leading to the port area. Follow the signs for 'Virgin Island' leading to the port. Once at the port, you will need to park your vehicle in the designated parking area (there might be a small fee for parking). After that, purchase a boat ticket for the short ride to Virgin Island.

• Public Transportation

  If you prefer to use public transportation, you can take a tricycle or a van from your accommodation in Panglao Island to the port area. Tricycles are widely available and can take you directly to the port. Make sure to inform the driver that your destination is the Virgin Island port. The fare typically ranges from 20-50 PHP per person depending on your starting location. Once at the port, purchase a boat ticket for the short trip to Virgin Island. Be prepared for a small boat fee, usually around 200-300 PHP per person for the round trip.

• Boat

  Once you arrive at the port, you will need to board a boat to Virgin Island. The boats are regularly available throughout the day, but it’s advisable to check the schedule. The boat ride takes about 15-20 minutes. The cost for the boat ride usually includes both the round trip fare and entrance fee to the island, which can vary based on the operator. Ensure you confirm the total cost before boarding.
