If you're starting from the Puerto Princesa City Hall, head to the main road and look for a tricycle terminal nearby. Inform the driver that you want to go to the Legislative Building, which houses the Palawan Heritage Center. The ride should take around 10 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive, the Palawan Heritage Center will be located within the Legislative Building.

If you are near Rizal Avenue, walk towards the intersection with Manalo Street. From there, head east towards the Legislative Building, which is a prominent structure. It should take about 15-20 minutes on foot. Once you reach the building, the Palawan Heritage Center is located inside.

Take a public bus from the Puerto Princesa Bus Terminal heading towards the city proper. Get off at the main terminal near the City Hall. From there, either take a tricycle or walk to the Legislative Building where the Palawan Heritage Center is located. The total travel time can vary, but generally expect around 30-40 minutes.
