If you are in General Luna town, simply head to the main road where you can find tricycles waiting for passengers. Tell the driver you are going to Cloud 9 Surfing Area. The ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes, and the fare is usually around 50-100 PHP depending on your negotiation skills.

Rent a bike from one of the many rental shops in General Luna. Once you have your bike, head southeast on the main road. Keep cycling for about 3 kilometers until you reach Cloud 9 Surfing Area. It's a scenic ride, so enjoy the views along the way!
