If you are staying in General Luna, you can walk to Hart Surf Station. Start at the center of General Luna, head towards Cloud 9 Drive. Follow the road signs directing you to Cloud 9, which is a popular surf spot. Continue walking along Cloud 9 Drive for about 15-20 minutes until you see Hart Surf Station on your left. The station is situated close to the beach, making it an easy find.

Bicycle
For a quicker option, rent a bicycle in General Luna. From the town center, ride towards Cloud 9 Drive. Follow the road signs to Cloud 9 and continue straight. As you cycle, you will enjoy the scenic views of the coastline. Hart Surf Station will be on your left after approximately 10 minutes of cycling.

Tricycle
If you prefer not to walk or ride a bicycle, you can take a tricycle from anywhere in General Luna. Simply tell the driver 'Hart Surf Station' or 'Cloud 9' as your destination. The fare should be around 20-50 PHP depending on your pickup location. The ride will take about 5-10 minutes, and the driver will drop you off right in front of the surf station.
