From General Luna, you can hire a tricycle to take you to Dapa. Just tell the driver 'Dapa Firefly Watching.' The ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Dapa, the driver can drop you off near the Q458+H4 location, where the firefly watching tours usually start.

For the more adventurous, you can rent a bicycle in General Luna. Head north along the main road, following the scenic coastal route. When you reach Dapa, look for the Q458+H4 area.
