From General Luna, you can easily catch a tricycle to Tropical Temple Siargao. Just tell the driver 'Tropical Temple' or show them the address: 'Tourism Rd, General Luna'. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic, and it will cost around 50-100 PHP.
Motorbike Rental
If you prefer to ride a motorbike, you can rent one from various rental shops in General Luna. Head towards Tourism Rd and follow the signs to Tropical Temple. The location is approximately 5 kilometers from the center of General Luna, which should take you about 15 minutes to reach. Ensure you have a valid driver's license and wear a helmet.
Walking
For the adventurous souls, if you're staying close to the area, walking to Tropical Temple is an option. From the center of General Luna, head towards the coast and follow the road north until you reach Tourism Rd. It will take approximately 30-45 minutes to walk, depending on your pace.

Consider renting a bicycle from one of the local shops in General Luna. Once you have your bike, ride north on the main road towards Tourism Rd.
