If you are driving from anywhere in Siquijor, make your way to the town of San Juan. From San Juan, head south on the main road (also known as the National Highway) towards the town of Lazi. Continue driving until you reach the junction for the town of Dumaguete. From Dumaguete, follow the signs to Dauin, which is approximately 30 minutes away. Once in Dauin, look for the port area where you can find boats heading to Apo Island. The boat ride will take around 30 minutes and the fare is usually around PHP 500 to PHP 600 per person.

Public Transportation - Jeepney
Start your journey at any location in Siquijor and make your way to the nearest jeepney station. Take a jeepney heading towards San Juan. When you reach San Juan, transfer to another jeepney that goes to Dumaguete. From Dumaguete, you can either catch a tricycle or another jeepney to Dauin. Once you arrive at Dauin, you will find the boat terminal for Apo Island.
