If you are starting from the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, head towards the main gate exit. Once you exit, turn right onto Rizal Highway. Continue walking along Rizal Highway for about 1 km, enjoying the local shops and eateries. After reaching the intersection with the Olongapo-Subic Bay Road, turn left. Keep walking for another 500 meters until you see the Rizal Monument on your right, located near the Olongapo City Hall.

From your location in Subic, find a nearby tricycle terminal. Tell the driver you want to go to the Rizal Monument in Olongapo City. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off right in front of the monument, which is located at R7RP+PR5, Olongapo, Zambales.
Public Transport (Jeepney)

Locate a jeepney stop in Subic where you can catch a jeepney heading to Olongapo. Make sure to board one with a sign that indicates it goes to Olongapo. The fare is quite affordable, around 20-30 pesos. After about 20-30 minutes, ask the driver to let you off at the Olongapo City Hall. From there, walk about 5 minutes to reach the Rizal Monument, which will be on your left side.
