If you are in the central area of Subic Bay Freeport Zone, start at the Subic Bay Convention Center. From there, head towards the main road, Rizal Highway. Walk along Rizal Highway heading towards the direction of Olongapo City. After about 1 kilometer, you will come to a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the Olongapo - Bugallon Road (also known as the National Highway). Continue walking straight for another 500 meters. You will see Rizal Triangle Park on your left side, located at the intersection of Olongapo City.

If you are at the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, you can find a tricycle terminal near the main entrance. Get on a tricycle and tell the driver to take you to Rizal Triangle Park in Olongapo City. The ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes. The driver will drop you off right in front of the park.

From the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, walk to the nearest bus stop located near the main entrance. Board a bus heading towards Olongapo City. The bus ride will take about 20-30 minutes. Ask the conductor to drop you off at the nearest stop to Rizal Triangle Park. Once you get off, walk along the Olongapo - Bugallon Road for about 5-10 minutes, and you will reach the park.
