Walk along Rizal Highway towards the direction of the Subic Bay Yacht Club. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with the National Road. At the intersection, turn left onto National Road. Follow this road for about 2 kilometers until you see signs for White Rock Beach. The entrance will be on your right. You may have to walk along a short pathway leading to the beach area.
